Sauna Party.

Very nice! The finnish sauna is esencialy different from de spanish sauna, but you can find some things which distinguish it: instead being at 80º-90º, you are at 100º-140º, insead having a shower after the sauna, you go to a cold lake to swim (and in winter you can swim in a hole into the lake).

We can assure, althought we haven't pictures, that we swam in the lake, no one, but four or five times when we went out the sauna, and we went back again running to it. Other day I promise to come back and take photograps; yesterday was too late and there was no light. However, the beautiful pictures are publiqued in the Paloma's Flickr space.

Only one true thing: you finish very tired. Look Paloma...

Wises.

I don't thing yesterday you swam in the cold lake! It's a "broma", I know. However, I regret I was at home alone!
We have to organize another sauna party, so I can document your swim in the lake, fabio

Jajajja!
